The FSA has ruled they can't call it home made. So be it. What is clear though is that it is also very far from being 'powder and water' and it's very unlikely they were being underhand in calling it ...

I've been to a wedding reception in the Horniman Conservatory. It was extraordinarily beautiful. Bride brought in her own caterers. The ceremony itself was held in the grounds of Dulwich College.
