If they introduce fortnightly collections, they will still have the same amount of rubbish o collect. I put out one bin each week. I will put out two bins fortnightly. I cannot see any saving.

I think they do the 12 to 2 p.m. parking restriction in Blackheath. You might have to have different hours so that the same team can visit different areas.

Revenue inspectors visit stations without barriers. Obviously, they need to visit Forest Hill occasionally. Sometimes I find people treading on my shoes as they tailgate through the barriers.
