Still not a lot going on at #6, apart from the sign still being smashed to pieces, and occasional visits.
I did however hear that apparently the owners are atempting to sue Lewisham for some technicality about the trees outside, damaging the drainage pipes, causing flooding, causing the subsequent collapse of the house.
Digging all the foundations out beneath the house clearly have no impact. Nor the fact that there is a few feet of water sitting in the basement now, which says something about how the drainage of the land was constructed during recent "building".
