On a far more constructive note, not to have a crossing of some kind is very stupid. If / when someone is knocked down in the future, there will be an enquiry, then lots of money spent and road closur... |

Brian, I agree. A road closure is both ways closed. A diversion could apply to a lane being closed. |

Maybe in a retail unit under the new flats, it would need to be right near the station to catch the tthrough traffic. Definitely needed as no shops until the end of PV. Unless you want a snooker cue. |
