Minor inconvenience, but recently the 0801 train to LB seems to have changed to one of the older types and is one or two carriages shorter. Odd as this is never acknowledged anywhere.

I'm persisting with southern but despite the new timetable and numerous other cancelled services, the train is half an hour late. Nice empty train though.

Cancelling all those trains didnae help much. Train from LB is 15 min delayed. BUT DONT WORRY I'M SURE IT WILL IRON ITSELF OUT! See you tomorrow.

Permitted development takes the power away from Council's to require a planning application. So it doesn't matter how committed they are. This is a central government policy trumping local.
