The front facade has changed a bit, they have reduced the size by one unit (but i think they may have essentially replaced 2 x 1 bed flats with 1 x 2 bed, so not that much of a reduction), but that seems to be it. Still not enough parking to allow for this size of development, the parking is right by bedroom windows, and their rather crucial error in the first submission - that they were trying to gain access to the private road which is 'Symons' (sic) Court has been nicely glossed over in this application.

If each new submission is going to see a reduction in one dwelling, its going to take a VERY long time until they reach the 2 dwellings allowed by the covenant under which this property is bound. But judging by the gross errors they are already making, I don't think they are going to find that themselves. Is it worth highlighting this point to them now, to save all the to- and fro-ing over another few applications?

We will of course be objecting to this, as we did with the first proposal. Not too much to change, but I will happily post the body of our objection letter here if anyone would like to view and/or use it for their own objection??
