As a resident of Sydmons Court I have only just found out about this. I can confirm that the access road to Sydmons Court is a private road forming part of the freehold to the property. This freehold is owned collectively by the leaseholders of Sydmons Court. I can't at this stage speak for all the leaseholders (12 properties), but I'd risk a small wager they won't be getting access that way.Laugh
