I have noticed bags of rubbish being dumped on the corner of Forestholme Close and Taymount Rise on a regular basis, And when I leave for work in the morning there is garbage strewn over the road because the foxes have obviously been ripping the bags open in the night.
I fear that this will attract rats as well as being unsightly, any ideas as to what to do about it, who to contact or who may be doing it. its always in blue plastic sacks and I think its left out late in the evening.

I'm told it's the street sweepers. They bag up the rubbish which they've collected and a lorry comes round later to pick the bags up.

Street sweepers use blue bags and deposit them at specifc locations and as robin says, they are picked up later.

A scavenger lorry comes round to collect.
