Hi Folks,

Just wanted to get the word out, there seems to be a regular spree of vehicle break ins on Taymount rise

A few weeks ago a neighbour had the Catalytic converter cut from his vehicle and this evening another neighbour has had both quarter windows smashed on his van.

There are a couple of other incidents from a few months back also.

If you or anyone else has had similar incidents recently kindly put some details in this thread to see how wide spread the issue is or prolific these toe rags are.

Jack

Our local thieves are back in action, this time targeting the fibre optic engineers. I wanted to share this video to make you all aware the extent of the problem, the fibre optic engineers are standing on the grass by the bins.

https://youtu.be/ku_UE9-8a5M

This happened on 6 December 2021 between 10:00am - 11:00am

Please please please do not approach or attempt to apprehend anyone in situation. Record from a safe distance or call the police, Its okay to say to dial 999 and say “ i think there is a crime being committed……..”

As always keep your ears and eyes peeled

Stay safe

Hi, Taymount Rise
I just watched your video; yes they are coming back just in time for Christmas. You have to be careful and also have the courage to do the same thing as you did to warn others.
Thanks for sharing and the advice
Be careful everyone.
