Just took another good look at the property on the way back from Sainsbury's and you're right, Londondrz. It looks like the subsidence is so severe, that it might be more cost effective to knock it all done and start over! I should think that's why it's not been sold on to any developers. Can only imagine how much nuisance all this must have caused to the neighbours on both sides...makes me so sad we can't do much about this
