Thanks for posting the link. There have already been three objections to this development from neighbours according to the site.

Personally I am not sure is 7 units in a site of this size is over-development, but at least there is some parking for them. What I find strange (although increasingly common) is; that a number of the kitchens have no windows, the two bedroom flats have two bathrooms (which seems unnecessary unless one is just a WC and the other just a bathroom), and because of the open plan kitchen/living area in some of the one bedroom flats a corridor is artificially created (with no natural light) to separate the bathroom from the kitchen by two doors (due to building regulation).
