As a resident who passes this building a number of times a day, and would love to see it used for something, and a consumer of Domino's, I for one am pleased to see it being considered for development.

Re the footpath crossings etc, Pizza Hut on London Road is a good example of how this can work if done properly. Not all the drivers obey the rules, but I have no issue with someone crossing the footpath on foot pushing the mopeds.

I can however sympathise with the local residents as mopeds starting off can be pretty noisy.

I hope a compromise is reached on this, and look forwards to Domino's Forest Hill opening.
