I don't think electric mopeds will have much impact on the views of objectors. The main concern they have is where the mopeds park (without blocking access to the private road) and how they can join and leave the south circular without increasing the danger on this stretch of road.

There are other concerns such as the lose of A1 retail, the local parade being dominated by take away businesses, and the arrangements for deliveries to the store.
