The ultimate issue is that the ELL was not supposed to effect rail services. It seems that it directly is, or is being used as an excuse for cutting LB/CHX services.

I seem to remember there being a set date when the underpass work must be complete. I believe it was tied into the beginning of FHC construction... which is now near completion.:glare:

Yeah, I saw it along with the bridge arriving on multiple lorries. Very impressive sight. Horrible weather to have been working in, but the did it, and it's all in place.
