He is a regular in our garden now in Austin Close and comes to drink from the birdbath. Not sure I should be feeding him? We put some milk out but he didn't drink it.

Might have to be a two bedroom or somewhere that needs work doing to it. I have seen a few properties that were three bedroom with garden that sold already...a town house in Codrington hill and Austin...

We've had an offer accepted on a house in Austin Close, backing on to Blythe Hill fields and in the catchment area of Stillness! Really pleased!

thanks everyone for your replies. It seems that there isn't a direct bus that will take you right up to Blackheath,but it sounds like the bus connections are pretty good anyway.
