have to look at everything in context though. FH/HOP got the overground and benefited from ED spillover. Does suck if you are a FTB though no doubt....

it's only busy at peak times,that is, mornings and evenings, otherwise moderate. we live just off stondon park. there are lots of much worse roads around! also the cars don't go that fast on stondo...

to find the owner of the house go to land registry and buy a copy of the title deed. it will have their address and contact details hopefully esp. if it is a professional landlord.
