We also paid for a garden waste bin on 22nd March and still no bin - have emailed and phoned on numerous occasions - nothing. And they expect us to pay annual charge on 3... |

| Yes we use the bags - we also had maggots in our normal kitchen bin today - disgusting!!!!!!
