Changes to Waldenshaw Rd / Taymount Rise Junction

It's the only road you can use to get to Sainsbury's car park so it's inevitably a rat run of sorts. I blame the council for forcing us to use it instead of letting us use Davids Road which would be much quicker.

Traffic plans look quite good to me.
