Planning application to convert Home Accessories Extra to a coffee shop

I just heard that it's the landlord that wants this property to be a coffee shop. The current tenants want to stay. The hardware/home shop is far more useful than a 19th coffee shop. Yes, there are 18 coffee shops in FH!
