Very Compelling reading.

Literally interpreting DMP3 policy for their own benefit. It is clear you cannot demolish family homes for flats, regardless of size and layout or quality.

It's exactly what we raised with plan DC/21/124859 and DC/22/127431

If the council want to update the policy then it should be done legally, not on an individuals will or opinion.
