The fire was between Waterloo East and London Bridge according to platform staff. I caught the Jubilee to London Bridge and HOP trains were working fine from there.

Grrr. As per usual there are overhead bars and straps and not enough central poles. If you are like me under 5 foot 3, overhead bars and straps are almost impossible to hold on to. :thumbdown:

I think the real problem is the fact that they are making small cuts now but what's to say that further down the line, Southern won't just say: Oh they're on the Tube now, so someone else's problem?

Oh and as for Boris. He can be found quite easily in the City Hall cafe around half one when he goes down to get his lunch. I've worked extensively at the Open Air Theatre just outside City Hall.

I have also noticed that whoever is manning the station seems to go on a long break around 6pm when most people will be arriving home and hoping to renew their tickets for the following day.

I actually think that hitting each station would be more effective. Also we wouldn't have to be concerened about legalities as you flyer people as they are walking into the station, not on the platfor...
