I was told by Lewisham Council plastic bottles CAN go in the green recycling boxes / bins but that any other plastic containers CANNOT. The criteria is BOTTLE.

Ahhh, not avoiding Forest Hill but avoiding Kirkdale south of Dartmouth Road? Might make sense but I've not seen signs.

I have seen several 176 buses going up Kirkdale past Thorpewood Avenue (as recently as yesterday) i.e. not along Dartmouth Road. Can't remember / couldn't tell whether they were had passengers or not....
