I note that some of the media were referring to yesterday's burial of a 17 year old who died in a car accident as a 'gangland funeral'. I suspect that investigations will reveal a pretty complex set of events leading up to yesterday's horrific murder. I was walking past the cemetery to the 63 bus stop as mourners were arriving and was amazed at how many people were pouring into the cemetery. I saw one report that said 300!

At noon today, Forest Hill Road was still sealed off at the scene, at least in the direction towards Peckham.

I guess the fact that it is SE22 entitles the area to be called East Dulwich even if we think of it as Honor Oak. And to confuse matters further it is the Camberwell Old Cemetery!
