As far as I can recall, yes, they've grouped the self-service tills, rbmartin. I think there's now 10 of them (were there 2x4 before?).
I'm not sure what that means for staffed tills but at a guess they're down by one or two. Not sure on that score, though. I didn't do an audit - I was just astonished at the speed of the installation!
On a completely separate point, I noticed that both car park ticket machines at FH Sainsbury's are currently out of action, and have been for a few days. Does that mean free parking or are we required to use that parking app which has not exactly been praised to the skies? Not sure if I've been compliant or lucky!
