Shouldn't it be Coffee and Donuts with the invisible Cops?.

I have lived in this area for over 35 years and have not seen a police officer for many years. May be base them in portacabins in each ward or my other suggestion I put on other post on this forum: Why Forest Hill deserves its spot in the Best Places to Live in London. Make them walk the area the full shift rather then hiding behind high fences and locked doors and take away they vehicles and use public transport this would improve the safety of the area.
