I have to say, as we increasingly shop 'little and often' rather than spending all of Sunday at Sainsbugs Sydenham, I quite like the self-service check-outs. They can be a bit temperamental, though, I admit ("Unexpected item in the bagging area." "IT'S A BAG!!!!!!!" )
