They are establishing and building up a business for when the 'higley contemporary' Forest Hill Central is built. The trendy young things who will buy/rent property there can drop off their dirty laundry in the morning and collect it in the evening when they get off the cattle transport system.
Remember we are lucky here on the west side, we have had a dry cleaners for years and it's nice to see the east imbracing the 21st century at last.
