1. Funding marketplace
Nine projects are up for funding from our funding pot of £12,500. Come along to visit their stalls, and chat with project volunteers about their plans to improve Perry Vale in 2018/19, before casting your vote.

Each project will be given a maximum of 2 minutes to pitch their proposal to the audience.
4. Voting
Individuals who live, work or learn in Perry Vale Ward and are aged 14 or over, are eligible to vote. Collect your voting tokens as you sign in. A funding booklet will contain summary details of the projects bidding for funds and further information on how to cast your vote. You may vote after visiting the stalls, or wait to hear each project’s pitch, after which there will be a further five minutes agenda time to enable everyone to finish casting their votes.
5. Local Democracy Review
Cllr Sakina Sheikh will introduce this item.
The Council has to make tough financial decisions about cuts to public services. Strong local democracy is increasingly important. The Council is asking residents about how the Mayor & Council could:
· enhance their openness and transparency
· increase public involvement in Council decisions
· promote effective decision making.
