Have you tried the local studies centre of Lewisham Library. They have microfilm of the Forest Hill, Sydenham and Penge Examiner from 1895 to 1933.

I believe these trains are the only ones on the central division that still got though to WE and CC , which is reserved for South Eastern Trains
