I always avoid replacement bus services, which seem to take hours even if you can get on them. I usually get an ordinary bus to East Dulwich or Denmark Hill, or even a P4 to Brixton.

Not good to swear at customers, though. Could have been more helpful if the Forest Cars employee had explained that the double-booking and cancelling was costing them money, rather than hurling abuse.
