My friend - an ideal tenant; reliable, quiet, solvent, clean, and neighbourly - is looking to rent an unfurnished 2-bed flat for a year, perhaps longer. Ideally ground floor or with a lift, and in good condition, around 1500 per month. Any suggestions much appreciated.
