The walk from the Hob down the slope and across Davids Road is always dreadful because of the steep cambers and yet it never seems to get gritted. I wouldn't drive out of there either.

I don't think so. However, it was 11am on Saturday morning and I'm pretty sure he's a minister for one of the nearby churches! He doesn't live locally, but Devonshire Road is a free car park you know....
