I think Hospital Records (a big drum & base label) are based on Dartmouth Road. I'm pretty sure their podcasts are recorded in FH. |

I haven't bought meat from anywhere else since we moved back to the area. I'm not sure I could go back to buying from Sainsbury's. A real asset to the area. |

The panels are also dirty and haven't been cleaned for 6 months. I reported it on Love Lewisham but nothing was done. Shame they spent a significant amount on money and this is the outcome. |

Hi Nomadic,
The property looks reasonably priced. I live extremely close, my wife has no problem with the walk home (about 10 minutes). I think it's a great little area. |

I think there are large variations depending on the areas within Forest Hill. Prices have gone up over 50% for the same properties on the roads around me in the 5 Years i've been in FH. |

I looked at both areas when buying and decided on Forest Hill. Definitely the right decision in hindsight for me, much more going on. More cafes, bars etc. The gym's pretty good. |
