I saw a man try to use a fake £20 to buy a Cornetto in the Horniman Cafe yesterday afternoon. When the cashier pointed out the note was fake, the man made a hasty exit.

I agree that it is a big increase and should be challenged. Remember these are estimates though. Don't know about you, but last year's charges were ?300 over estimated and I now have that in credit...
