cheap one by the post office is indeed cheap but my cuticles were left raw and bleeding. not great. Have been meaning to try Venus, because Lily Angel in Forest Hill is pretty awful too!

Lewisham admissions booklet says 405m for Fairlawn was last offered place and 599m for Horniman pre-bulge. That's not really that bad in my opinion considering both schools have very good reputations....

Agnew for £650k in ED? That is crazy talk. The loft isn't even converted. To add insult to injury though one with the same layout on Bovill Road but with the loft conversion has just gone up for £589k...
