All in all a well stocked supermarket of this size will bring more footfall to the parade, which will be a positive thing.....nothing has been confirmed as yet but given this article I have found it could be a Sainsbury's local, they seem to be outperforming all the others supermarkets at the moment, are buying out some co-op shops and have a good investment strategy.
