Sainsburys in HOP have been using the cycle racks as a trolley park lately ...

So just lock your bike to both the bike rack with a D lock, and the trolleys using a cable. Problem solved!

Part of the planning permission terms was that goods trolleys were to be stored at the back of the store. This has been slipping and the store is becoming an eyesore.

I agree,

It is disappointing to see the sainsburys local starting to get scruffy with storage containers and other clutter being positioned on the street almost constantly...

The council should enforce this sort of thing if they made it a condition of being granted planning permission.

Do the local councillors actually do anything?

looking worse by the day ....big blue storage box (presumably for their papers and magazine delivery), traffic cone (presumably for their delivery vehicles), storage crates stacked high, and usually a sign showing the latest offer. This junk needs to be cleared from the street and put into their storage area. its making the frontage look really rubbish.. boo

Have you complained to the store manager?
