Forest Hill ward assembly, 17th January

All residents of Forest Hill ward and beyond are cordially invited to the next Forest Hill ward assembly on Monday 17th January.

Venue: Sydenham School, Dartmouth Road, SE26
Time: 7pm for 7.30pm start through to 9.30pm.

The evening's agenda includes:

* A presentation by students from Sydenham School about the their work and the future of the school

* Updates on the redevelopment of Forest Hill Pools and Horniman Gardens

* News from local groups and societies

* Your chance to contribute ideas, enthusiasm and energy to the future of our area.

A quick reminder about the Forest Hill ward assembly on Monday evening.

Monday 17 January, 7:30pm - 9:30pm - Forest Hill
Sydenham School, Dartmouth road, SE26 4RD

Topics for discussion will include updates on Forest Hill pools, Horniman Gardens, and the Street Clutter report as well as hearing about projects funded by the Locality Fund. Agenda items include:
Sydenham School presentation (Sydenham School pupils and staff)
Our Lewisham Our Say consultation feedback (Cllr Peake)
Census 2011 presentation (Mike Foley)
Horniman Gardens update
Forest Hill pools update (Helen Ferguson and Willmott Dixon)
Street clutter report (Malcolm Smith)
SNT ward panel update and other community groups updates, including Forest Hill in Bloom!

are you doing anything about burglaries in the area. Some of us have been victims in the last few months, but no politician seems to be interested to know and to liaise with police in order that these scumbags are arrested.
Where was the last police report on the subject?

There are usually members of the safer neighbourhoods team at the ward assemblies and I see the agenda includes SNT ward panel update, so there is a chance to ask the question this evening directly to the police.

I have not consulted the forum for few days due to work and because of work commitments, I could not attend the assembly. Anything was discussed?
