Does anyone know what happened this morning. Apparently two ambulances were at the scene and the road closed.

When I walked past, the scene appeared to show that a police van had crashed into a parked car. There didn't appear to be any arrests going on, but it was unusual as there were 3 or 4 police cars and an ambulance arriving on the scene.
