Ususally parents then their children pay for something to be built up with taxes then it is sold off for to a company for nothing to rip us off by charging us to use it. Council houses were built POORLY AND ALTHOUGH in appearance may look like homes it has been conceeded most of these homes have a 30 year lifespan. This is why we were given these homes. Also Lewisham Council retained vast amount of collected rent just to create this situation. and declared an empty piggy bank to start this situation. I can go all day. The total rent paid to the Council from most Leaseholders as tenants far exceeds the value of their homes - Brain you need to graps the situation and wden your understanding historically financially and most definetely conciously.
