I have emailed Mr. Paschoud, but I didn't get any reply.
Is it one of those person who expects a paper letter sent by post?
Or maybe it's better to ring him up?
Did anybody contacted him in the past? Is it useful or just a waste of time? Sorry, but I've become really cynical whenever it's something to do with the Council.
