Some suggestions for alternative routes if the tube strikes in addition to the rail strikes go ahead next week.

London Bridge - Overground to Canada Water and then the 47 from Canada Water Bus Station. It can also be achieved from Rotherhithe Station and then the 381.

Waterloo - 176 from Forest Hill to Waterloo or Overground to Rotherhithe and then the 381 or C10. 172 from Brockley Rise to Waterloo.

Charing Cross - 176 from Forest Hill to Charing Cross. 172 to Brockley Rise to Aldwych and then change for a bus or walk along The Strand. Overground to Whitechapel then bus 15.

Cannon Street - Overground to Canada Water, bus 47 to Monument, then walk.

Victoria - 185 from Stanstead Road, Waldram Park Road, Forest Hill Station or London Road to Victoria. It can also be done using a mix of rail and bus. Overground to Rotherhithe then the C10. (It can also be done from Canada Water, but it's a longer ride). Personally I'd wait for the 185. Honor Oak Park passengers may want to get the 171 or 172 to New Cross Gate bus garage and then change for the 36.

Tottenham Court Road - 176 to Tottenham Court Road or Overground to Whitechapel and the the Elizabeth line to Tottenham Court Road.

Oxford Circus: Overground to Whitechapel, Elizabeth line to Bond Street, then use the Hanover Square exit and walk. 176 to Elephant and Castle, then 12 or 453 to Oxford Circus.

Clapham Junction - 176 or 185 to Denmark Hill Station, then Overground to Clapham Junction. It can also be done by using the Overground to Surrey Quays and then to Clapham Junction.

East Croydon - Overground to West Croydon, then either tram, numerous local buses or walk or the 197 from Forest Hill to East Croydon.

Gatwick Airport - A cab would be your best bet, but will be even more expensive on strike days. The alternative is to travel to Victoria by bus and then Southern who are running fast trains to Gatwick and Brighton.
