I'm glad you are dealing with fake beggars - if they have homes and food it is mean to beg as they are taking charity form people who need it. I just wish BTP were as proactive on the Overground line - we see the same people again and again begging and I have no idea if they are genuine or not
now if only you could do something about the large number of adults riding their bikes on the pavements.............
