The allegri are a world renowned String Quartet and we are very grateful for their support in putting this on

As well as the regular eucharist services on Sunday at 10.30am and Wednesday at 7.00pm, the following services are taking place
Saturday 9th - Quiet half day led by father Colin
10.00 Eucharist
10.30 Coffee
Followed by silent time and talks
1.00 Shared lunch
Sunday 10th 10.30 - the regular eucharist service will be designated the toy service where donations of new unwrapped toys can be given to be distributed to the less fortunate this Christmas
Saturday 16th 4.00 - Christingle service - A service in aid of the Childrens Society. Every child will be given a christingle
Sunday 17th 6.00 - Carol service - led by the St Augustines choir with all your favourite carols to singalong to. This will be followed by mulled wine and mince pies in the parish rooms!
Sunday 24th 4.00 - Crib service. Children are invited to come dressed as any character in the story
Sunday 24th 11.30pm - Midnight mass
Monday 25th 10.30am - Parish Eucharist for Christmas day
In addition The Elm Singers are performing An Advent Meditation - From Darkness to Light on Friday 1st December at 7.30

Entry is free although you can donate towards the Elm Singers expenses on the day
Refreshments will be available
There will be several songs and carols from the Elm Singers including a couple of singalongs, interspersed with some Christmas readings
Looks like something for everyone
It is expected to last about an hour or so.
Finally a massive thanks to everyone that attended and made last Saturdays Autumn Fayre a great success. Over £1450 was raised.
