Buildings in Bird in the Hand Mews

We have recently moved to Forest Hill and very much enjoying the neighbourhood. We are curious to find out whether anyone knows the original use of the buildings in Bird In Hand Mews where we live - we were told it is a converted factory but are struggling to find out any more about the development. Thank you!
