Anyone know what that noise was in Dartmouth Road this morning at 4am. Sounded like a busker with Bongo drums and a screechy voice - went on for about an hour - more outside than in really annoying and of course who can you call at that time when the noise people have gone home at 3am.

Very strange.
If it happens again dial 101 and ask the local police to take a look as a non emergency.

It may have been a drummer returning home from the Olympic opening ceremony. They were allowed to keep the instruments, and were in understandable high spirits as they returned home in the early hours!
