I have lost count how many times a burst water as occurred in the area and is fixed and then burst again, this that is why I have withheld my water bill for the past six years and refuse to pay it until they get themself in order and stop paying their CEO Chris Weston over £1.035m and the last CEO Sarah Bentley was paid over £2m per year. They are completely NOT fit for purpose and the water regulator OWAT is useless and done nothing about the increase of pollution in our rivers. That is why more and more people are withholding their water bills as nothing is been done about them. they are putting they shareholders as first priority before their customers. Also they have a monopoly as we can't choose which water company we can go to unlike the energy companies .

The council should have the power to give them deadlines like repair to been done within 24 to 48 hours and if they fail that they have to pay for each hour or part of
