I'm interested to know how you decide whether to put "locally relevant information" up on your own site, or a Forum such as this. I have the feeling this Forum has more readers - and certainly a livelier discussion, so I'd have thought it made more sense to post. OTOH, some of the applications aren't very interesting, and I think it's quite reasonable for you as Councillors of a particular party to want to get people to visit your site, to see what you are doing. Could you not exercise your judgment, and when there is one where there are objective reasons for thinking will be of interest, flag it up here, with a link, if Admin allows, to your own site, where people can see all the other good stuff you are doing?

Also - as I'm sure you're aware - one of the applications on your site is the subject of comment and debate on the Sydenham Town Forum. Are you able to join the discussion there?[/quote]
