yes Brian, I own the flat and I'm talking about management charges (they call them service charges).

Each item has increased, in particular Ground Maintenance has doubled!
And has you said there are new items, which make up for an extra hundred pound:
- Sweeping
- Resident Involvement
- Anti-social behaviour
- Customer services

I found it all a bit dodgey though...
