Has anyone been able to pick up the first issue of South East London Journal? Honor Oak features, in particular a page about One Tree Hill with a couple of nice photos. The whole thing is worth a read actually!

Any ideas from where is it available? I've never heard of it.

From their social media looks like they have it at at Sodo, Hills & Parke, Neroli, Jumping Bean, Hopscotch. Though I spotted a guy handing them out at the station. The instagram and twitter is @selondonjournal. Not an estate agent in sight either!

I got one yesterday at HOP station. Nice production values and some interesting content. On the downside they missed Vaidas off their bike map and they need a hard-nosed subeditor to iron out the typos.

Just found this magazine in the form of issue 5 and am very impressed. Deserves to be better known.

You can find the list of stockists on their website, quite a few of us have them.

The current issue is the 5th issue & it's a quarterly free magazine.

I agree that the production is pretty slick. There is also a feature on Walter Segal.

Was also shocked at the omission of Vaida from cycling issue and yes proof reading could help - one article in recent issue was missing the end of the closing sentence. A bit of a shame as it was a good article otherwise.

Am overall impressed though and recommend it. Quite a few stock it locally. Picked up the latest in Crofton Park Jones.

Perhaps Vaidas declined an offer to pay to be on the map?
